William H. Terbo,  received the Historic Preservation Award Plaque arconi Memorial Award Plaque "for his persevering efforts in educating the public about Nikola Tesla a world-renowned inventor, physicist, mechanical and electrical engineer with numerous contributions to the discipline of electricity and magnetism. His efforts at preserving history, preserves the memories for all radio and wireless pioneers."

Joseph R. Kinney,  received the Historic Preservation Award Plaque arconi Memorial Award Plaque  "for his persevering efforts over the past 11 years in collecting, restoring and displaying memorabilia of the 1930's wireless and shortwave system installed at the New Yorker Hotel. His efforts at preserving history, preserves the memories for all radio and wireless pioneers."

Wendell R. Benson, received the David Kintzer Memorial Award  "in recognition of his unselfish cooperation, maintaining high standards of integrity, accompanied by ardent devotion to obligatory tasks for the furtherance of VWOA prestige."
